Property Search Instructions
Enter one of the following criteria into the search field below:
- Parcel Number - Enter 8 digits (e.g., 01213027).
- Owner Name - Enter last name first. No comma separator.
- Property Street Address - Use formats like MAIN, 123 MAIN ST, or 123*.
For Parcel Number (Account) Searches:
- Your Parcel Number (Account) is an eight-digit identifier found on your Property Statement.
- Do not use dashes, spaces, or other separators.
- Entering a portion of a parcel number returns more results.
For Property Owner Searches:
- Entering less information will generally yield more results.
- Completely spell out a word for specific results; i.e., entering "John" will not return "Johnson".
- Avoid using symbols and special characters for best results.
For Property Address Searches:
- Entering less information will generally yield more results.
- Completely spell out the name of the street for specific results; i.e., entering "Mount" will not return "Mountain".
- Avoid using street types (LN, ST, AVE) and directions (N, S, E, W) to return better results.
